General anesthesia is way of effectively sedate a patient “unconsciousness” to complete dental treatment.


Who should receive general anesthesia?

Children and adults with severe anxiety and/or the inability to relax are candidates for general anesthesia. Usually these patients are young or have compromised health and helping them control their anxiety is not possible using other methods.
